Come join us from 6:30-7:30 at CHS. Wear your Fitbit, bring your yoga mat or hand weights, or just come walk - indoors - no treacherous ice or biting winds! Bring clean walking shoes.
All ages welcome. Clean shoes required.
This is not a class. There is no instructor.
We are just going to get out and move - take some steps - walk the stairs - play fun music - and feel better afterward.
